Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Balance-Engineering C10-1A-X1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bance-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the A600107051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USR1624YP2 manufactured by Banner-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9SHVM270ML000 by Manufacturer Bance-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand GE1501000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as M7080BF equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BOD26KLA01S4C made by Balluff as well as the popular BTL5P1M1016ZS32 original spares produced by Balluff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMRL4832A by Banner and M7080BF spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTL2E100200ZS32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
